i want to paint my gauge needles in my el because i don't like the orange in them, what should i use/do to make them a different color what type of paint? i was thinking of fluorescent or acrylic paint but i also don't want it to be to dark that i won't be able to see the gauges at night.
thanks

Fit white needles off something else? My NL cluster has white needles (which are clear but illuminate white due to the LED's I have installed)...

If you paint them you wont be able to see them... The are translucent and illuminated from the inside out... Paint wont let any light through...

Only way it may work and I'm not sure how well it work... Incandescent bulbs are died orange and red for brake lights, blinkers, etc... If you can find a die like that you'd be able to die clear needles (like NL cluster needles) and maybe that'd work...

Cheers,
Tim

Can't answer that... I would have thought they would... You might have to do a comparison and see for yourself...

Did the EF come with white needles?

Punch some stuff in ebay and see what options you have...

Cheers,
Tim

Candy Apple paint is translucent.
Spraychief has small bottles for air brushing.
Find your local distributor for your state.
