the Engine/gearbox/transfer case has been bolted in.

i needed to get the correct brackets to fit the engine mounts and a reverse sump to clear the chassis but it's in.

as for the gearbox....that wasn't plain sailing either, the Manual gearbox cross member wouldn't fit the C6 so instead of ANOTHER 2hr drive to my F100 wreckers i made a 10 minute drive to my local metal shop and made one out of UC (seems to fit ok)

{DESCRIPTION}

electrics will be looked at next week hopefully & fingers crossed we can get the b@sterd started, then i just need a B&M shifter so i can change gears then i can start putting the interior back in then i can look at an exhaust then new tyres!

one question; how close to "factory" does the exhaust need to be? i have some of the pipe needed to weld up something that might look like it came from the factory but the way the manifolds are set (still using standard Falcon exhaust manifolds) it set perfectly to have it go straight down the center of either side of the car through a muffler then through another straight bit of pipe to exit out the sides in front of the rear wheels, will blue slip pass that?
