Hey guys just after abit of advice
Me and a mate have a datsun 120y that we have put abit of work into
It was running a supercharged 4cyl but that didnt last long.
We just bought a running but rough eb xr8 and the game plan is to swap all the
Running gear into the datto. What would be the easiest way to go about it?
Go efi and just use everything off the donor car. Or go carby? Is there anything stopping
Us from just wiring it all in as per standerd ie bcm modules or smartlock issues?

No idea to help. 120y was my first car and a v8 into one.........AWESOME. Be sure to post pics. My only concern would be would the transmission fit into the 120y tunnel?

how did you go with it ?

I started to do a clevo in a 180 once , I chopped the center of flywall out and you sat in the back seat .the fan sat above steering linkage and sump was about 150mm off ground , we welded 50mm rhs underneath and chopped top off it for a roll cage . we never got it going fully though

It lives! The motor and box are in. Started up 1st go. So now we are in the process
Of sorting out a taipshaft and finishing the wiring. Should be driveable in a month
So all coming along nicely
