Hey guys, This would be my 1st post on this forum, Been reading for a while and have found some good tech.

So my issue goes like this, I did a manual conversion to my ef fairmont series 1 Every thing works well apart from the cruise control which i have not looked at yet , I think it's a simple fix.
And the major issue is the round plug that runs to the auto that you put the 1.2 and 7k resistors on, i can't seem to get a positive answer on the wire colours Every thread I read the colours ar just not the same. So the wires i have are.
Yellow / green strip
Pink / yellow strip
Pink / orange strip
Pink / green strip
Orange / white strip
Orange / yellow strip
Green / purple strip
Solid green
solid light blue
solid yellow
brown / red strip
solid purple
Pink with a yellow strip has red strips around the wire all the rest have silver strips around the wire if that makes a difference.

I currently have the purple and pink/greeen strip together and brown / red strip and solid yellow together, My thermo s are still going and the revs are slow to come down but do settle to around 850 900 from about 1500 i think when i pull up , Any help would be great.
