One of the lights from the back of the dashboard on the RPM meter from 5k onwards is gone.. It's dark in that one area.. Sometimes it goes dark in the area at the top of the RPM meter as well. But its intermittent and sometimes all lights come on just fine. Any ideas on how to fix the issue and if it's a big job to fix it myself? Picture here http://m.imgur.com/gallery/ktrV0t8

There seems to be a few that do this. Globes have not been used for years, they are SMD LED's which are a specialized thing to solder. Not for a beginner. You can either get a 2nd hand cluster ( with warranty ) with a similar speedo reading or go to a repair shop that can fix them. There may be some Forum members who can also fix them. Good luck with it.
