Purchased myself a 1993 falcon yesterday to build up as a track car, very early days in the project but hoping to have it track ready by early next year, not looking at doing anything extreme to start with just a heavy diet, seat, cage, suspension work and turbo.

Will update thread as anything interesting happens 8-)

always amazes me the weight of wiring you can strip from these cars, got it down to about 12 wires from front to rear to run pump and lights

slow progress, still working on prepping the body, also decided to weld the rear doors up, lose the locks and make it a two door.... just kind of makes sense, will make the body more rigid and i'm going lexan anyway. off to brisbane next weekend to spend a small fortune on suspension

Looks fantastic. More updates please!

I am building an AU track car at the moment with similar goals so I will be keen to see how you get on with this.
