Hey guys, sometimes when I go turn the key on my 2004 ford ba xr6 to start it all i hear is something is stuck and it clucks and the engine doesn't turn over. It will do it a few times in a row, I have to keep pushing the gas pedal down until it starts, even then the engine shudders like 5 times then it's fine.. No Idea why it's happening

The oil sign comes up then goes away but the oil is fine?

Anyone have a idea what it might be?
