OMG !...... DUDE I do think you may have to get a new car... That sounds like a major problem... .... Sounds like a relay to me.

ok going by what yous are saying i agree to 1 st switch being parkers and the second switch being low beam the ones you use to drive around at night with and high beam being the blinker stick, ok so i dont have the low beams the night lights you need to drive around at night! ok i have checked the small fuses and the relays in the fuse box in the car but not the ones under the bonnet near the coolant surge tank, ok. when i go to use my low beams the nights lights i turn the switch right and then i have my parkers then i switch it to the second switch to get my low beams my night lights but the parkers are the only ones that are on instead of being my night lights, is this right i thought that when you turn your low beams on you know night lights that the parkers turn off and the night lights come on? i have my rear lights at night both on the parker and low beam switch. and with it being the light bulbs the high beam runs through the low beam lights and if my high beams are working it shouldnt be the light bulbs right? hope i made sense?

arh kind of there is a seperate bulb for each light setting. have you checked the connections to the bulbs? try and get one of those current measuring device thingys and try and trace the wire from the switch to the globe to see where the current stops.

no, u can blow ur low beam and high beam still work, there are 2 different filaments for both just replace the globes, or better still get someone who knows somethin about cars to do it, then everything will be fine just make sure u buy 55w/60w globes as anythin else is illegal, not that likely to get done for it but if the cop is an a*** they will
