Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has had any of their vehicles (parts or whole car) vinyl wrapped, what was the finish like and how long does it last? I have been researching some vinyl films and some have a life expectancy of up to 10 years. I have been contemplating vinyl wrapping my AU over painting. I am aware that there is some prep involved. Any feed back would be awesome Cheers

I've had the bonnet on the TE wrapped for about 3 or 4 years now. Maybe more. It was the high quality 3M wrap. Overall it is still in good condition. It was a b**ch to do though. I would certainly not go for another brand over the 3M gear. there is a reason they are the market leaders in this stuff.
Most of the stuff out there is printed, the 3M gear is actually cast. Yes. It makes a difference.
