First thing you need is a big a*** spanner for the nut on the bottom of the heater pipe where it goes into the intake manifold.
Then remove the nut from the heater pipe hold down around #3 intake runner and remove the heater pipe.
You'll need a tube socket to get that bolt out of the intake manifiold.
Disconnect your fuel lines using the special tool available from auto parts shops.
No need to remove the rails or injectors.
Undo your intake bolts.
Mark your distributor rotor position and remove the dizzy.
you should be able to lever up the intake from the front

No wuckers,
Just make sure you never use Tap water in your engine and you won't have that problem again.
Good opportunity to replace with a Cobra intake.
