Hi again. I have a parts Fische that I look up, and it gives me a part # E3AZ 12A6466 A as being the # for the ECU (EEC) relay under the bonnet (under the radiator header tank) This part # is apparently no longer valid.
Questions: Is the relay still available from Ford, and, what is the part number? Cheers |

Thanks for the reply. It turns out the relay was not at fault, it was the ignition module. The workshop had to go through 4 (YES FOUR!!!!) modules before finding one that worked properly. The ones that didn't work were "no-name" ones, and finally a Triton one worked. The problem was that the car would run for a few minutes, and then stop, no spark................been running it all day today so far, and not a problem (touch wood).
Chinese stuff is getting dodgier each day....................... |
