OK.
Did you spray carby cleaner down the throttle body while cranking the engine? |

Smartlock does more than stop power to the starter. Cuts injector pulse resulting in no fuel in the cylinders. On petrol yes, on an LPG system like the above, smartlock only impedes the starter.OP. what fuel were you running on when the car cut out ?

When we sprayed Carby Cleaner into the throttle body it started, but it will not start on its own. We thought the injectors may have been faulty but they all work, the fuel rail had pressure in only the 5th and 6th injector. Any ideas why?

If you have no injector pulse i would be thinking distributor. the crank angle sensor may have failed. without that signal the PCM wont pulse earth to the injectors. Maybe also check if you have constant power to the injectors when the ignition is on, if not i would be looking at the EFI relay first. pretty sure thats next to the fuel pump relay. i forget which colour it is but its either the brown or green relay between the battery and the coolant reservoir.
