Can anyone tell me the location of a vacuum tank reservoir for the fairmont auto climate control. Is there even such a tank? (Ive been told a vacuum tank exists in the drivers front wheel well under the black plastic mud cover.)

Or does it get vacuum straight from the inlet manifold. Id prefer definitive answers more than calculated guesses. Thanks for any help.
