hi
for a ef/el/au what radiator caps do people use for eb to au 110kpa, 120kpa, or 125kpa. can you use higher pressure caps like a 125 kpa when you got a aluminium header tank and is 125kpa ok with a copper radiator with plastic tanks. or are you best to stick with 110-120kpa with a copper radiator with plastic tanks |

the header tank is only one weak point, replace it, and you still have hoses, seals, the radiator and the heater core to worry about, not all of which are easily replaced and after several years alreay in service can fail if you start messing around
IIRC for a OHC Falcon 6 cylinder, 120KPA is what Ford fitted, so stick with that |
