Just trying to find someone that has done this mod and cen tell me exactly whats needed. I have fitted the idler pulley using the spacers from behind the a/c compressor, but my belt is way too short. Can anyone tell me for certain which belt/tensioner set up i need as ive read lots of different/ contradictory info on the net.

Is the AC Delete Pulley for the EF or is is a fabricated unit?

Listed Gates number for the XH nonXR is 6PK2400, EF with AC is 6PK2370.

You can run a piece of string around and check the length, you will need to put the Tensioner under Tension to do this though.
