g'day

just have a query about towing with a boosted e series. as i have a small bike trailer doesn't weigh to much with the bike but. i am just wandering whether anyone has had problems with towing e.g. turbo always on spool cause of the weight and overheating.

i am aware this isn't a ideal towing car. but just in case of a problem with my other car could i use my falcon with out problems or is it just going to create problems.

Thanks in advance with any help.

i use to tow a box trailer when i had my turbo ed and it was fine, actually it was awesome..
a few times had cars come up the inside lane at traffic lights when the trailer was fully loaded with rubbish and get the look of its just a falcon with a trailer, then they get the shock of there lives when they nail it to get in front and the falcon with the loaded trailer leaves them for dead lol..

but no issues like overheating or anything like that, it actually drove normal and the turbo loved the extra load and spool was still controllable by the amount of throttle you used under load, once at cruising speed it was no different to when it had no trailer...
