I have a 2010 fg g6e and the passenger side of my duel zone only blows cold air has anyone else encountered this? Have been looking but can't find too much information on it. Any help appreciated!

We had an xr8 fg that did this, took it to ford got them to update the software for the climate control and never had a problem since
