I jump started my wife's 2009 FG the other day and didn't realize that the leads on my car were around
the wrong way until I had tried to connect them to my wife's car about 3 or 4 times causing the leads spark, after connecting leads prop she started her car and drove home with warning lights on, now it wont even start. Anyone know what could of happened I'm thinking computer. |

Charge the battery back up and reconnect and see if it will crank and start, you may have only blown a couple of fuses. If the key was on when you hooked it up the wrong may have caused some damage, but it is more of a dead short, if you had of connected a single battery up the wrong way, the first thing that would have got fried would be the alternator, if the 140 amp fuse did not blow. use a test light and check all the fuses under the bonnet and under the dash when you hook the battery back up.
