The entire thing electronics and all or just the barrel the key fits in?

IF i had to guess and i am here, if just the barrel, ACC position and push in the little brass pin in the hole with a 3mm drill bit slips out then

IF the entire thing electronics and all think form memory was 4 4 bolts on top of the column, the new one would then need to be matched to the BEM

I dont think its smartlock as it is AUII. The covers are off the column and I cannot see a hole to shove a drill to release the barrel.

Your first post says that it is an AUI.

So sorry..
We are a Ford family. We have 4 Fords all AU's but all from different series.
The one I need to replace the barrel on is an AUII.
