MERRY CHRISTMAS to all, including the head from Mace (and yes, I had already looked up all his posts last month...... Have had a little fun quoting bits and pieces as examples of wrong wrong wrong...!) Interesting how his EBAY adverts claim all this stuff, but his design wasn't doing 66% of the job and... Well, at least he produces stuff. Would just like to know who the hell believes in his claims enough to buy it...! Good ideas need the science behind them, and most people aren't interested - "BIGGER IS BETTER" theories being a good example.

So what is the situation with regard to the current price and availability of these parts?
How do we buy them?
I want one :)

i hope that puts an end to the argument of a bigger TB killing low rpm torque.

nice results mate.

all this 'theorising' i believe its irrelivent. After racing karts for a few years i'd spend hours looking at the kart thinking "ive i did this, i'd have to go faster..." not always the case

"it an't bragging if you can back it up" and that dyno sheet speaks volumes to me

Fast XR - your economy changed or the car lost any driveability? i assume not too bad as the torque curve hasnt changed too much.

driveability has not changed, and if anything, economy has picked up slighty, but its hard for me to measure... i get about 450km per tank, and considering my mods and the fact that im still running a std ecu, thats not too bad...

FAST-XR your a champion. That just proofs what i felt when i put mine on. I will dyno mine again just to see the differance on my engine.
PS. Fantastic results & great power.
GO THE FORDS.

I rang a extrude honing business in vic about the BBM, the high pressure area is the long runners which flow improves after hone.

The plenum and short runner still has all the dags and edges as its a low pressure zone.,

Maybe not much tubulance?. So I just rasped it clean and to the gasket edges with a round file and had the lower section machined for BA butter flies
