Since having fuel injectors & fuel pump + housing/gauge sender unit replaced my ltd's dash is continuously flashing on/off most of the dash lights, climate control, cruise computer & door lights all continuously flash on/off.
The flashing has a different rythem/sound when driver door is open & it all stops when the interior light is switched on @ the switch attached to headlight switch on the dash.
Power windows & elec seats, stereo etc all only work in time with the on/off flashing of the dash.
The car still runs & drives ok when on gas but only idles & won't rev up/starves when on petrol.
I've never seen anything like it before so any possible ideas as to what this may be or is caused by would be great.

check earths at battery - and near ECU (left hand kick panel) -
does it play up with ignition reds on and engine not running

check for burnt connector to ignition switch wiring

use a test light and test wiring from ignition switch in ignition position for constant power from 1. yellow (battery)- 2. black/yellow (accessories) and red/green (ignition) -should not pulse-

do you hear anything clicking under bonnet with reds on eg.gas relay etc....
check for burnt fuse link connections near battery

Hi, yeah had a quick look at earths but I'll recheck them again today.

When the ignition is on reds it continues the on/off sequence but things are happening slightly differently-there is a change from when ignition is off... mainly visual in the dashlights & still clicking from a relay in the fuse box (same relay position still clicks when swapped with another relay).

A clicking noise is also coming from in the dash to the left of steering column.

I haven't checked the power at ignition switch yet or for clicking at the gas relay, but I will do this today & tell what I find.

Thanks for your suggestions so far, have you ever heard of anything even similar to this happening?

Noise in the dash would be the BCM powering on and off.

Best you check a fuse!

That would be "CRT LP" (from mem )

Had simular probs myself!

Still dont know what that fuse circuit is, anyone with any ideas? WOuld be good to know?..

But it was blown on my car and replacing fuse fixed cycleing prob !

Is that the same as your solution was ?.....
