Fix horn then recheck air bag for codes .
Under bonnet fuse box -check horn fuse with a test light for power at both ends.same fuse box remove horn relay ignition on and check with test light you have 2 connections that have power . Put test light clamp to positive connection and check remaining 2 connections 1 should have earth constantly as it is the horn circuit and earths thru the horns the 2nd circuit is earth when horn switch is pressed . If switch shows no earth when pressed check for circuit from relay to horn switch after checking if connection to cruise control module is secure as this supplies the earth to switches assuming it has cruise control -near brake booster
