ok how hard is it to remove the gearbox lines from a BF [06] so i can fit some BA [04] steel gearbox lines?. want to change the factory BF lines/cooler to the simpler BA & fit an aftermarket cooler.

Think Au are the same it isnt to hard fitting the lines to the BF there is a little bending /grinding the mount for the trans cable i read in another post somewhere.

Thanks Rob ... how do the BF plastic lines come out as i don't want to stuff box up. only reason i said AU is coz AU isn't a runner anymore & might be easier as BA is still a runner :roll:

How do you mean? come off the box? think the plastic lines are a quick release fitting i didnt undo any of those the box was milkshaked so left them attatched to the box. you will need the fittings that screw into the box off the au to can get some pics tomorrow of how the lines attatch to the box if you like
