Scored an ED with a blown engine, i've swapped the engine out and runs nice, but now the tranny shifts from 1st to 2nd and feels normal but wont shift to 3rd or 4th. Any ideas?

Don't worry.
I dropped the pan and strained the fluid... Pretty sure it's rooted. Picking up a new one tomorrow.
