This is gona seem a bit of a weird one..
Im looking at getting a ba xt falcon for stripping.
Just curious if most interior parts will fit into a xr6.

Any info would be awesome.

To answer your question here and add a little more info if you need it.
all interior bits, (seats, trims etc will fit from BA/BF into BA/BF
outer panel all fit BA/BF fit obviously differences in the headlights, bumpers and side skirts between a XT and XR.

electronic wise cluster and ICC from BF will fit BA.
BA cluster will not suit a BF there was a slight difference in them.

any wiring looms from the dash loom back are mostly the same few small differences in where 1 or 2 wires ran from memory in the H looms (the ones under the carpet) door looms were the same all the way round Roof looms were essentially the same (there were differences between XT/XR and fairmont ghia.

Dash loom had a number of differences engine bay looms were also different between BA/BF
