Just wondering what fixes people have tried for lifter noise, besides replacing them.
I have lifter noise above 2500rpm. Under load mainly, cant hear it below that or at idle.
Hard acceleration its noisy. Car has done some kms but stil using 15w40 oil
Any suggestions

Try running a thicker oil at your next oil change and make sure your filter is also replaced and see how you go.
