Any clues please
ETC light came one and ute stopped few weeks back. Cleaned up throttle body and problem went away.
Then returned, but this time would start, light comes on then engine races then stalls

Changed the throttle body to second hand no improvement, but got the engine to sit and run on idle for about 10 minutes.

Then I shut the drivers door, got a hum noise from the driver door speaker and stalled.

Now when I open the door I get the hum from the speaker- radio is off no key even in.

Can get the car to start, etc light on but when I close the door it stalls every time

Seems weird to me- any clues please?

Have you done any work on the car around the engine bay, removing any grounds or installing something, sounds like a loose ground or a voltage feed going through an other circuit to ground. The etc is just a dc motor switching polarity from inputs inside the pcm check the pcm ground and check all your fuses under the dash and bonnet. It might show up something with a scan.
