whats the best cam for a 175kw ghia motor..or is a simp,re grind better for more power an lumpier idle

Have you got many engine mods, like aluminium heads etc? And do you want most of your power low to mid range or top end? This will determine the grind you're after.

na its still pretty stock except exhaust and k&n intake just want to know who has upgraded the torque cam for a performance cam like e303 etc an what would give it a deeper meaner idle an some more mid range
