When converting a ef/el 6cyl to a v8 what parts exactly do you need

From what's understood you need

V8 engine with manifold and accs
V8 auto
V8 engine bay harness
V8 dash harness (because they have seperate auto ecu)
V8 exhaust
V8 throttle and cruise cable
V8 belt accs
V8 hoses

Is there anything else

Someone's said about getting a au v8 and ef 6cyl engine bay wiring stripping both and taking the ef6 ecu/auto wires out the ef harness and the au v8 ecu wiring out the au harness and grafting the au v8 ecu/auto connector/wires into the ef harness.

If you do that will the behind dash harness need swapping as the au v8 ecu has built in auto ecu where the ef/el has it seperate in the dash and thats why you change the dash harness so you have the auto ecu
