Hi all, recently purchased an FG X G6E, and I am amazed at the size of the radiator!! It is probably 1/2 the thickness of the EL I had!

Now, probably the thickness has something to do with cost, warm up time, weight etc., but I am wondering about a couple of things:

I will probably be doing some towing of a ( lightish ) van in the not too distant future, and I wonder if the thinner rad. could cope in warmer weather?? Anybody had experience with this??

Second, there seems to be enough space to even fit a rad. from an E series, without mods, as the header tanks seem to be the same size as the E series. Again, anybody any ideas on this??
