Hi all I have a 2004 ba falcon the heater does not get hot but the air con works fine and also the icc every now and then just freezes and the buttons don't work on it (can't use demister, aircon and radio buttons) yet sometimes you get in and it works fine

Are these 2 problems related you think? And is there a chance it's just a loose wire behind the icc or most likely the him and if so the best course of action cheers

welcome to the B series ford! possibly the blend door motor for the heater which is common fault and ive heard of the entire icc sharting themselves in a similar way.
