Not yet 6mths old and the screen has died. Is there a common faulty with these screens?? Car is a Mk2 Xr6 Ute. Warranty repair but just interested if it's a common thing.
Cheers

What is actually wrong with it? is it actually dead that nothing works or is the screen just blank? You will need to take it to your local ford dealer for them to check it out and them to be able to do a warranty claim when found the ICC faulty and then youll be able to get a new ICC unit

They have problems occasionally and has existed since the BA Falcon, not Fords fault but still not a good design. If all else fails you with the dealer try this mob, http://www.aslautomedia.com.au/
They are the authorised agent for them by Ford.

Anyone have a solution for this? Ours would intermittently not work, and ford couldn't do anything about it because it always worked when we brought to them. Now its out of warranty, they are charging us for diagnostic which appears to be simply software upgrades. Would really like to know if there is a simple fix??
