After converting my ba XR6 turbo motor from auto to manual it is runnings good for the first 10 mins after warmed up then after that it seems to cut and reach rev limiter at 4,000rpm Ive Beena dealing with this issue for a couple of months and I. Getting tired of throwing new parts at it trying to fix it. Any help would be great
Cheers.

This can be caused by a failed waste gate actuator, blocked/faulty/sticky waste gate actuator solenoid, Blocked Lines between the turbo waste gate solenoid and the waste gate actuator Have you had the car scanned for fault codes? What fault codes are coming up? Newer cars this is the best place to start finding problems it can save many $$$$ being thrown at it in parts that aren't needed.

I'm going to be changing the wastegate actuator this weekend as I have the turbo smart actuator with a 5psi spring inside which should be good on the stock 6psi tune. Only pulls the speedo code as it doesn't read speed for some reason. When plugged into a HP tuner it wasn't reading o2 or duty cycle

When plugged into a HP tuner it wasn't reading o2 or duty cycle 5 Psi spring should be ok, the computer may have a little trouble regulating the boost though as it will be expecting it to open at a different rate. Does the car have a Boost gauge? id be keeping a close eye on that if it doesnt have one hook up the HP tuners and do some data logging of the boost. I think the stock actuator was 3 psi or something. If the computer is having trouble regulating i would try the wastegate actuator direct to the turbo housing (bypassing the factory bleed solenoid completely) in theory it will run 5psi boost then. If you get really stuck turbo smart do do a 3psi spring. Not sure on the speedo thing not working all data like that on the cluster is sent VIA the can bus from the ABS/PCM Hopefully have provided you some useful info

Went to my tuner turns out I need to get a manual engine harness and yeah I'll have to change my wastegate actuator as it is over boosting to 8psi
Let you know how I go
