Hi can anyone tell me what the min and max backlash is for a Borgwarner diff. I am changing LSD centers over and have refitted center but It only has about 3 thou backlask with my dial indicator. I did mix shims up when I removed it so I will pull it back out and measure shims and swap them around I am sure 3 thou is not enough. I just want to know the actual specs so I can get it close. It is 25 spline Cortina diff with XF 25 spline lsd center. lsd I removed was out of an XD. I have diff spreader I made so its pretty easy pulling it in and out till I get it right.
