Looking into putting a xr6 turbo engine into a ba xr6

Would I encounter any issues bolting up the 4 speed auto from the na
Engine come with wiring loom and can source a ecu but would be looking into a flash tuner ect
What effect will the pcm/bcm play in the swap?
