A friend of mine got a new key from a locksmith in Sydney and he only had to take the key he had and the locksmith cut the key and then cloned the key.
The other way is to get a ELM327 adaptor, then you will need software to add to a laptop to be able to programme a key, the clone option is better and, CHEAPER |

If you have the key cut with the chip take it to Ford and pay them for the hour or so labour to program the key in. Should only cost around $150 max. Make sure you have a 4D60 transponder though, not a 4D63 which is used on some European Fords.
Unfortunately with only 1 key for a 2011 or later Falcon/Territory then programming an additional key is a trip to a Ford dealer. But once you have 2 keys coded you can program additional keys by yourself. |
