Hi, every one, I bought a wrecked BA Turbo last weekend, the hole car. I was thinking of putting the engine and 4 speed auto trans + wiring harness into my immaculate AU11 Fairmont auto 4Ltr. Would make a good sleeper. I think I will have to swapped over the ABS and lines as the BA turbo fuse box sits were the AU ABS is. I think the BA Turbo engine and auto trans should fit without to much mods. I'm not sure on the tail shaft fitment, if the BA fits the AU or do I require a modified one? Has anyone done this transplant before ? is there any pitfalls or does and don't with this transplant. Will I need to charge over the AU BCM with the BA BCM ? Any one who has done this conversion before and can give advise is appreciated, Thanks
