Just reading over this i noticed people were interested in a sound deadening tutorial and one on fibreglassing.

I will be doing both shortly.

I have been doing a heap of sound deadening lately + fibreglass work so i'll just sort my pictures out and get the detail up.

Waggin may still have a copy of it from one of the backups of Fordmods.com but is it recommended that someone make a newer, and more up-to-date one?

hey mate, just bought an xh ute and have been told i cant chop a hole for a sub because rear firewall is critical yada yada yada... Do you know of this and if there is anyway around this cause at the moment im stuck with a pair of s**t 6 inch 2 way, and i was really looking forward to having a sweet stereo in my next car. My gf is a welder so i was thinking maybe just modify the firewall to fit the sub inside, plus bonus inside storage.
Any help is good,
Cheers

your girlfriends a welder? dont see that everyday.

did manage to get 6's in the doors? you could mount a sub in the compartment under the tray, theres a door that lifts up, opposite site to the fuel tank. get the Mrs to reinforce it... if you wanted it legit youll have to pay the cash to get it engineered

I bet having a welder in the family helps save with customer fabrications. That's awesome!!!
