Hi,

After replacing the two light globes in the Ford AUII odometer, they worked brightly for about 2 weeks , approx.

Then I had no light, dash panel lights are ok.

I tested the two globes with multimeter, all seemed good. Put the globes back insitu , reconnected instrument panel, still no odometer light.

Replaced the entire base and globe, still no joy.

Would anyone know what the problem might be and how to rectify?

Could be but I don't know how to test a PCB, Out of my league.

I understand, it might be an idea to go to an Auto Elect and have them do a quick test? shouldn't cost the earth.

That's a good idea but too many Auto Elects around, problem is finding one that's a legit one instead of dodgey one.

Or get another AU2 dash panel from the wreckers (if still available, locally)
