Alright, I know this question has been asked before, but I wanted to clear up a few things about this conversion.

1) Does the AU Sump require modification to fit the XG shell? I know that it does on E series, but what about XG? I have heard about spacing the swaybar down by 25mm?

2) Is there any issue bolting the alternator bracket off an EA/EB/ED/XG motor onto the AU engine? I know I'll have to grind the block a little like on an EL engine, but will it fit?

3) AU's have a sensor in the back of the cylinder head for temp as far as I know, is it going to come into contact with the firewall?

4) Will the AU Harmonic Balancer work correctly for timing if I am using a distributor?
