Hey guys and gals, having trouble getting a hub (that I've had in the shed for 18 months and outside for 6) onto the (stub?) axle.
So I've got the old one off no worries, just the ring between the inner and outer sleaves seems to be what's catching on the lip. I've got a lot of tools (inc 36mm socket of course) but no presses. Can anyone offer me any advice here?

Got distracted whilst writing post, figured a light sand of the inside of the hub might do the trick using 1200grit.
Went straight on using the 36 socket and hammer gently. Haven't used these forums for must be over 6 years. Hope y'all doing well! Matt
