My Airbag warning light is flashing code 19. I have read so many decodes of 19 I do not have a clue where to start. There has been a previous post on this forum with no real definitive result. I have to take the car in for a roadworthy and need to clear this code one way or another. I have read it could be anything from a clockspring, to faulty connector under the seat, or the RCM needs to be changed or cleared. I have tried Fordsys Scan Pro, and get no faults showing, but I am getting code 19 flashing at me. Any help would be appreciated.

Flash code only gives you a general area to look in.
Scan for codes with a decent scan tool will give you a more detailed diagnosis (local auto electrician ).
Clock spring is most likely - had same flash code last week on customers vehicle - can also indicate other faults eg.air bag itself.

Got it sorted out! It was the clockspring! Changed it out, and bingo, airbag warning light off! Cheers
