Hi folks,
My mechanic tells me I need to change my front lower control arm on my Ba falcon. Just the front left hand side. Should I replace both the front lower control arms or is it ok to change just the one? And lastly is there a particular brand that I should buy? I want something good quality. Thanks |

If it were me, I would replace BOTH. Did he say WHY he recommended just one side? is it accident damaged?
Forget buying Genuine Ford as you will need a bank loan for them, they are about $650.00 each side. These would be okay for you I would suggest. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Front-Lower ... SwCtJaGVDI $195.00 a pair with 2 year warranty. |

Thanks for the help bud. Yeh I rang the local ford dealer and almost fell over when he said $800 each. He didnt say why just said one side needs replacing. I might as well do both.

Glad I could help. I used to sell Ford Parts up till 2012 and they were about $650.00 then, rather scandalous what Ford charges for them.
