Sorry to dig up an old thread but really struggling to work my car out.
I'm confused from the first post- can I ask what the voltage meant to be once it goes into closed loop at idle ? Mine sits mostly up around 900mva then very quickly cycles to zero and back to 900ish quickly again. Never really stays down like my petrol BF. Seems to really drink around the lights and very very sluggish. On the freeway it's brilliant.. getting 8L to 10.0L/100 It rarely shows any fuel trims apart from the occasional very quick flash of lean (-). The petrol BF shows constant short and long term trims. SUmmary says it's in closed loop. My BF petrol goes really hard off idle, like twice the power at least. Revs seem to hang a little as well. If I let go of the throttle it seems to want to sit @ 1250-1500rpm and self drive - which is prob the most annoying part of all. Any help greatly appreciated. Can't seem to find anyone to help. Have cleaned throttle body a bit and looked for air leaks etc and swapped over TPS sensor which seemed to help a little for a day then went back to being difficult. Also the advance is bouncing around alot at idle 16-26degrees. I've replaced the PCV valve. |
