Hi, I recently noticed my XR6 had a fairly bad sway between acceleration and deceleration. After inspecting I found the control blade bushes were destroyed. Now that they have been replaced the swaying is still there although alot more rigid. I also have this squeak from the rear wheel, bearings just been done, increases with speed etc. The questions I'm asking are which bushes you recommend to try next to stop the sway and what the squeaking may be...
Thanks heaps. |

There are little bushes in the rear that mechanics call "Rose Joints", these can cause problems like you are experiencing.
These are the upper ones, you would need 4 of them: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SuperPro-Re ... rk:35:pf:0 And these are the two lower outer ones: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Genuine-For ... k:148:pf:0 |
