Yes. Basically it’s a re-pin of connectors for the most part. I did a similar thing using an AU V8 harness Into a 6cyl XH. That was more involved because more of the AU harness was used to retain smartshield etc.

Any chance I'd be able to get a detailed process from you please? Where does the MAF harness splice into?

Not really. Get the diagrams and work it out. MAF harness is part of the V8 engine harness so that’s easy.
