I am under the impression AU rads will only fit AU's B series are different. I come to that conclusion by ebay ads, ie sellers will advertise parts for all series they fit. from what I can see, an AU will not fir a BA. I can get a BA one for you though, but not until tuesday.

Starter motors, BF starters are the way to go, smaller easier to install and have more kick.

I pretty much agree, due the diffrence between the AU and BA rad support panels,

I know this an old thread but just wanted to let you know that my mechanic has fitted a BA radiator to my AU2 I6.He stated that the BA item was bigger ie Thicker and aided in keeping things cooler especially as I tow an 18' van at times.

Just to help anyone else, the above is correct that it will fit into place and be bolted up with the top securing mounts, however a slight persuasion needed for the transmission cooler lines.

There are two issues people will run into and they are as follows:

1) Air con condenser will no longer be able to line up and bolt onto the radiator. I used 4 cable ties routed through the holes on the condenser and bolt holes on the radiator, this worked fine but is fiddly.

2) The thermo fans will not line up. I didn't want to risk using cable ties here, so the best and easiest solution was to use a BA fan which has the exact same wiring and will work as normal on an AU.
