Is it belting out huge clouds of black smoke at all?
I would recommend having it run up on a dyno and your AFR's, cam timing, fuel pressures, etc checked, Not much point just chucking parts at it and replacing parts that are fine. I have a Ba turbo was stock as a rock daily driven 60km 30km each way and was average 12.5/100km. i had it down to ~11L/100 after a continuations long trip

No smoke the smell of exhaust fumes is pretty strong outside of the car where you can actually smell it with the windows down I was thinking it might have an exhaust leak but would that cause that much of a rise in fuel I'm not sure cheers for the reply

It also has rough idle and trouble driving when cold but once it warms up it's good
