Hey guys, wasn't sure whether to post this here or electrical but have been having this weird speedo problem started a few months ago where you start driving and no speedo at all then all of a sudden it starts working again, happened nearly every day for a week or so and then it disappeared until today was doing the macca's coffee run and noticed when I was half way there no speedo -go through the drive through and back on the road and behold it's working again.
Does anyone know what may be the cause of this or where or what I should check??

Cheers Johnny.

Looks like you have a loose/damaged wire. Have you tried removing the cluster and wiggling the plug wires while driving slowly (where there's not cars or people to run into :D )?

What's the speedo sensor gear like at the gearbox?

Hey Shortshift, yea its a BA sedan so no speed sensor as such(I think speedo works through the ABS system)cluster plugs are a good idea-Ill be checking that for sure , thanks for that mate.

Cheers Johnny.
