Rear au base does not fit into el, better to use el base and recover seat with au leather or fabric, is time consuming and you have to cut foam from au base to bulk out some sections of the el base. As for the side pillars do the same use el pillars and recover with au leather or fabric. Backrests just bolt straight in. That way no Dodgy cutting of the car as above.

Fronts are fairly simple but rears in a sedan would be a bit harder maybe.
I put AU seats in my XG (bit of welding and figuring stuff out but definitely doable. (Even in EL) ford-interior-f14/xg-seat-console-upgrade-au-seats-t124671.html Probably doesn't help you though.
